Samaritans have been providing help for those who need someone to talk to, for over 60 years.
A bi-weekly get together of those who live and work in the square-mile, where you can ‘release the pressure’ of work, home, or every day life. Normally, you’ll take part in activities such as therapy sessions, massage, Tai Chi, Yoga and mindfulness.
